Open an order and click or tap WRITE A REVIEW for each product you’ve used. Received a product as a gift? Simply find that product on our website and leave your review there.

Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The By Valenti $250 Product Review Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Manuela Valenti LLC, doing business as By Valenti Organics, Michigan, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, aged 18 or older. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are excluded. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 1st, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 15th at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter

Submit an original written review of a By Valenti product you have personally used during the Giveaway Period. Products purchased or received as gifts qualify. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Each eligible product review constitutes one entry. Participants may submit reviews for multiple By Valenti products they have personally used, with a maximum of one eligible review per product. Each qualifying review provides one entry into the Giveaway. Multiple reviews of the same product by the same participant will not generate additional entries.

5. Prize

One (1) recipient will receive $250 USD in By Valenti promotional store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Maximum redemption: $50 in promotional credit per order.
  2. Minimum order: No minimum purchase amount.
  3. Validity: 12 months from the date the credit is issued.
  4. Expiration: Any unused balance remaining after 12 months expires and is forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law.
  5. Eligible purchases: Merchandise available at www.byvalenti.com, excluding gift cards.
  6. Additional charges: Shipping, handling, applicable taxes, duties and other charges are the recipient's responsibility when placing orders. Promotional credit cannot be applied toward these charges.
  7. Remaining balance: Unused credit may be applied toward subsequent eligible orders during the validity period.
  8. Restrictions: Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used toward gift cards, gift certificates or gift wrapping.

No payment is required to receive the prize credit.

6. Recipient Selection

One recipient will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on October 20, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The selected recipient will be notified by email and must respond within seven calendar days. If the recipient does not respond within that period or is ineligible, an alternate recipient may be selected at random.

8. Review Requirements

Reviews must be original and reflect the participant's genuine experience using the product. All opinions and ratings are welcome. Review content and ratings do not influence the drawing. Fraudulent, duplicate or fabricated reviews are ineligible.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact the selected recipient, in accordance with the By Valenti Organics Privacy Policy. Participation does not require subscribing to marketing communications.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or suspend the Giveaway if technical problems, fraud or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise its administration, subject to applicable law.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Manuela Valenti LLC, d/b/a By Valenti Organics, and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Shopify, Judge.me, Google or Meta.

12. Governing Law

These rules are governed by applicable federal law and Michigan law, subject to mandatory protections in other applicable jurisdictions.
